Traditionally, people make sagu by jumping on it with your bare feet... just like people used to step on grapes in the early processes of wine making! But this modern place uses technology to ensure better quality and cleanliness for all... The feed the bark of the tree through this machine, and mix it with water that eventually drains out through the blue pipe into the shallow but long white bath... where it would be continiously drained before the next process...
