This is a picture of a bank in Bandar Seri Begawan (Brunei's CAPITAL CITY!) This used to be where my dad used to work... the munincipal department of Brunei before they moved it miles away... i like the way they do the fairy lights :P Plus... You get a glimpse of Brunei's flag!
